பரிசுத்தமாய் ஆதரிக்க நினைப்பாயாக
உழைப்புக்கு ஆறு நாட்களை ஒதுக்கி ஓய்வுகள்
மறுநாள் வேளையிலே மனக்களிப்புடன் பரிசுத்த
நிலை உடன் தேவனை வழிபடு
ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமையிலே நலம் பெறுவாய் உன்
வாழ்க்கையிலே நலம் பெறுவாய் உன்
வாழ்க்கையிலே என்று மார்க்கம் சொன்னார்.
ஐந்தாவது கட்டளை உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்
உனக்கு கொடுக்கிற தேசத்திலே உன் நாட்கள்
நீடித்திருப்பதற்கு உன் தகப்பனையும் உன்
தாயையும் கனம் பண்ணுவாயாக உண்மையில் அன்னை
தந்தையை சொந்த கண்போல் காப்பது அறிவுடைமை
மேலும் அன்பாய் இருப்பதும் ஒரு கடமை என்று
அன்பாகக் கூறும் கர்த்தாவின் வார்த்தையை
அறிந்து நடந்தாலே நன்மை தரும் அனுபவ
வாழ்க்கையின் உண்மை

ஆறாவது கட்டளை கொலை
செய்யாதிருப்பாயாக
ஆறறிவு உள்ளவர்க்கு மன ஆத்திரமே பொல்லாது
தேவ வாக்கியத்தை படிப்பவர்க்கு
தீய கொலை கூடாது
இழி தொழிலாம் கொலைத்தொழிலை செய்வதினாலே
வாழ்வில் இனிப்பும் கசப்பும்
இரண்டும் இன்றி போகும் தன்னாலே இதை
எண்ணிப்பார்த்து உண்மை வழி
காண்பதினாலே நன்மை இருக்குது பார்
உலகத்திலே நீதி முன்னாலே என்று மார்க்கம்
சொன்னார் ஞான மார்க்கம் சொன்னார்
ஏழாவது கட்டளை விபச்சாரம்
செய்யாதிருப்பாயாக விபச்சாரம் பெரும்
குற்றம் மறக்கக்கூடாது கற்பை விலையாகும்
பொருளாக
நினைக்கக்கூடாது தவறான வழியில் ஆண் பெண்
நடக்கக்கூடாது கால தந்த கடை பொம்மை போல
வாழக்கூடாது என்று மார்க்கம் சொன்னார்

எட்டாவது கட்டளை களவு
செய்யாதிருப்பாயாக அழுது பிறந்த
மனிதனுக்கு கவலை கூடாது அந்த கவலை தீர
உழைத்து வாழ மறக்கக்கூடாது கொடி களவுத்
தொழிலை செய்து வாழ
நினைக்கக்கூடாது என்று கர்த்தர் சொன்ன
பொன்மொழியை
மறக்கப்படாது என்று மார்க்கம் சொன்னார்
ஞான மார்க்கம் சொன்னார்.
ஒன்பதாம் கட்டளை பிறருக்கு
விரோதமாய் பொய்ச்சாட்சி
சொல்லாதிருப்பாயாக மனசாட்சி ஒரு பக்கம்
இருந்திடும்போது அதற்கு மாறாக பொய் சாட்சி
சொல்லக்கூடாது தனி இருக்க காய்கவரும்
பழக்கம் கூடாது பிறருக்கு கவலையாகும்
கோணல் வழியில்
நடக்கக்கூடாது என்று மார்க்கம் சொன்னார்

4.The fourth commandment calls:
Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy.
Set aside six days for your labor,
But on the day of rest,

And on Sunday, you shall find peace.
Your life will be blessed,
Your soul will be renewed

5.The fifth commandment says:
Honor your father and your mother,
So that your days may be long
In the land the Lord your God is giving you.
Truly, to care for one’s parents
As you would your own eyes is wisdom.
To love them deeply is not just a virtue
It is a sacred duty.
The Lord’s word gently teaches this:
Walk in this truth,
And life will be rich with blessing
This is the wisdom
Of the path He has shown.
6.The sixth commandment declares:
You shall not commit murder.
For those with sound wisdom,
Anger is the root of evil.
To those who read God’s Word,
Even hatred is not acceptable.
Taking a life is a vile act
A lowly path that leads to emptiness,
Where neither sweetness nor sorrow remains.
Consider this deeply,
And walk in the way of truth
For in truth, there is blessing.
Justice stands before the world,

7.The seventh commandment says:
You shall not commit adultery.
Adultery is a grave sin
Never forget its weight.
Chastity is not a price to be traded,
Nor purity something to be sold.
A man and woman must not
